    About "Bea Turvey"

    1. Bea Turvey

From a very young age I was fascinated with the written word, whatever the language I used to have a tall book of fairy tales that I read over and over again until it fell to pieces Nowadays there are very few books that I will take the time to read than once because there are so many stories out there waiting for my eager attention there s simply no time to reread material, but that doesn t mean to say I don t revisit the stories in my dreams and I have amassed decades worth of stories to re experience in dreamland That, to me, is the beauty of a story the author s vivid imagination creating a world the reader can revisit time and again, literary merit be damned I don t know when I wanted to started to write, certainly sometime in my early teens, but I never really got round to it properly never felt I was able enough until recently and now I can t stop Writing is addictive, like talking to a friend you haven t met for a very long time over a glass of fine wine You never want the day to end. While I still don t believe I have the talents required to be a good author, my stories refuse to be silenced and so you, my dear, wonderful readers, will have to bear the brunt of my mental haemorrhaging.Happy reading.
