    About "Suzie Quint"

    1. Suzie Quint

Suzie Quint has always been fascinated with the human psyche, so she can imagine no better way to explore the human condition than through the characters she writes Finding the happy ending for the people who inhabit her worlds is the best job anyone could have Getting to share them with others It doesn t get any better than that.

    1. I really hope there are more books to this series coming out! I love the writing style of Suzie Quint and would love to read more of what happens in Hero Creek! I knew a Dark & Stormy Knight would be intense and wonderful having met this couple (Daisy and Sol) in book one and knowing of their tragic false start of a marriage. This book played out great and was packed with just the right amount of everything, ie. family, conflict, tension and truths that the reader could see but the character [...]

    2. Okay, so I have been listening to a load of country music this past week. Thanks, for the most part, the topic of books I have recently been reading. And also thanks to the fact I just found out my phone has FM radio and country is what comes in best on it. YAY!! But mostly because of the topic of books I have been reading.A Dark & Stormy Knight is a wonderful wonderful story of cowboys and the women who love themor believe that they don't in the case of Georgia McKnight, who left her bull r [...]

    3.  A Dark & Stormy Knight by Suzie QuintReview from Jeannie Zelos book reviewsGenre:  Romance, I’d seen some great reviews, love second chance romances and of course cowboys = horses.but this just didn’t work as well for me as I’d hoped. It was an OK read, some interesting and fun plots but I found it really hard to like Georgia. She just seemed to be one of lifes moaners, and dragged everything round to how it affected her. I just didn’t understand why when she’d known Sol for so [...]

    4. Hotness Rating 3 out of 5 A Dark & Stormy Knight, the third book of the McKnight Romance series, by Suzie Quint has made a fan out of me. I didn't read the first two of this series, so I can confidently say this book can be read alone. Although, I will be going back and reading those since I loved this one so much!Young love can have a lasting effect on a young girl's life. Just ask Sol McKnight and Georgia Carston. At 18 they ran off and got married. It seemed like a great idea, at first, b [...]

    5. McKnight Romance #3Sol and Georgia had a moment and got married right away when they were 18. It lasted six weeks, mainly because they did not talk to each other. After Georgia left she found out she was pregnant. She and Sol now have an eleven year old daughter. Georgia and Eden live in Dallas where Georgia teaches third grade. Eden's best friend Deanne and her father Daniel have become important to Georgia. She is hoping to have a relationship with Daniel. He is such a good father. He has neve [...]

    6. A Dark & Stormy Knight by Suzie Quint is a fantastic read. Georgia and Sol's story is such a fun read, mainly due to not knowing what Georgia will do next. This well written story wove together lovable characters, drama, humor and sizzling sexy bits into a book worth reading. I have to say, Sol is my favorite character for being so persistent and not giving up. I enjoyed this book and look forward to reading more from Suzie Quint in the future. A Dark & Stormy Knight is book 3 in the McK [...]

    7. This is a 3.5 for me. While I enjoyed the story, I had a hard time really liking Georgia the entire time. I didn't understand her need for a 'father' for her daughter, especially after all her internal dialogue about repeating the mistakes of the past. Sol, I liked him the entire book and I understood all his reasoning. Overall a good addition to the series.***copy provided by author

    8. This book is a roller-coaster ride for your heart! We know their story from their first introduction in Zach and Maddie's book: Married too young, divorced before they even got started, their only connection these last twelve years has been their shared daughter, Eden. And their inability to keep from crashing into each other's beds whenever their orbits cross. To say these two have chemistry is like saying the Pacific Ocean is a little wet. Mutual attraction was never the problem in their too-s [...]

    9. This is a novel so it is a long story, that advantage is the author is able to take the time to get the reader totally engrossed. This couple was so young when they first got married so I think that made it harder for them to stick and stay. Georgia was so naive and easily influenced by the example of her parents marriage. I felt sorry for Sol because he really loves her & wants to be with her but she can't see the forest for the trees. He is a good man and at times I wanted him to just move [...]

    10. This is amusing and entertaining and somewhat sweet. Sol has been trying to get Georgia back since she left him without reason. Georgia has been avoiding her feelings for Sol since she left. When Georgia needs to have their daughter Eden live with him temporarily he tries everything to win her, but she's hoping to start a relationship with someone else. Sol is sweet, determined and sometimes even charming. Georgia is stubborn, naive and selfish. The storyline takes us through the summer and thei [...]

    11. This story took a bit to get going but once it did, I did not want to put it down. It takes years for this second chance to happen, although Georgia and Sol have many opportunities in the meantime. The stubbornness of Georgia, along with all her fears, keeps her pushing away, but this is one of the things I enjoyed about the book. Georgia finally sees the truth and the path was an emotionally bumpy one. Sol has never truly given up on Georgia and is very tenacious without admitting the complete [...]

    12. Falling in Love Again or Never StoppedA second chance at love, a second chance for family. This story was Sol and Georgia from the short prelude book and what a way to bring two people who love each other back together. Fear took her away but the fear of loosing Sol forever has her running back. This story and series socks you in and takes you fully on that 8 second ride with them.

    13. Sol McKnight married the love of his life Georgia Carston at eighteen but mistakes where made and Georgia left. She is back in Hero Creek maybe he has a chance to get her back if it isn't to late. Wow this book was great,I am now going to get and read the first book in this series. This was a very well written book that kept me wanting to read to the end. I received a copy of this book and I am voluntarily reviewing it.

    14. The great character and storyline development made this book a very enjoyable and entertaining read!I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book.

    15. This is one of those second chance romances, only with cowboys. Georgia up and left her husband eight years ago because she was afraid of his rodeo career. Afraid he'd get hurt, afraid he'd be killed, and afraid he'd run off with a "buckle bunny". So instead of talking about her worries to her new husband, she took off. Now, eight years later she's back in town taking care of her parents while their daughter spends the summer with her father on his family's ranch. Georgia was a pretty stubborn p [...]

    16. This review is of “A Dark & Stormy Knight” by Suzie Quint, book 4 in her “McKnight’s Romance” series and a book I received from a website for free in exchange for an honest review. The Story: The book begins with the heroine of the book, Georgia Carsten McKnight, a third grade teacher in Dallas, preparing to return to her hometown of Hero Creek to relieve her sister, Bethany, of the burden of caring for their mother, who recently suffered a stroke. While in Hero Creek, Georgia meet [...]

    17. I've been waiting for this book for years. I'm so glad Ms. Quint wrote it down and it was so worth the wait. Georgia and Sol have been like comet circling each other throughout the other stories, a cautionary tale that all the McKnights tell each other when they worry about their own hearts. But it's so good to see them work this out. And here's the secret: Communication is key. This story hammers that lesson home. Love it. So wonderful. I highly recommend this series, and this story hits you ri [...]

    18. Georgia and Sol were married twelve years ago and have a daughter together. When she returns for the summer to help after her mother has a stroke, Eden, their daughter goes to stay with Sol on his ranch. Sol is a bull rider and still rides every once in a while. Georgia is realizing she never stopped loving Sol so she lays it all out for him and only hopes he is willing to give her another chance. Great story. Hot sex. Second chance at love. The thing is there was two lines to each paragraph. It [...]

    19. Wasn't what I was hoping for. The prequel was so good. Sol was so funny! I mean he told her boyfriend she used to be a man! Hahaha! This had no laughs in it for me. It was kind of boringbut I did finish reading it. Maybe it was his Tom Selleck mustache. Ewww! I mean when was he hot and sexy??? 1980??? Lol Even though they romped through out the bookwhen they finally get together at the end we get nothing!?! I was disappointed:( I just didn't feel the love or the tension. Glad I'm no longer waiti [...]

    20. A very fun and entertaining read. One you won't be able to put down and will be sorry it is over. A hot romance and plenty of fun surprises with lots of great people. I recommend it. I was given an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

    21. I received this book threw First reads for an honest review. I really enjoyed this book. It drew me in and I couldn't put it down.

    22.
